This year’s Grand Marshal’s are, Anne-Marie Holland, who won the Person of the Year Award for her work on the ‘Shop Local’ campaign and students from 3 local language schools, ATC Language, Pace Institute and AOV. The students have been chosen for their ongoing contribution to our community.

Parking Information

There is 8 car parks in operation (please see Map) for locations

  • Shuttle Bus will be in operation from Presentation College to Bray Seafront free of charge.

Traffic Information

The Traffic Management plans will be strictly enforced on St. Patrick’s Day

  • Local access only to the Seafront and Main Street areas from 1pm.
  • Road closures will operate between 2.30pm until 4.30pm
  • If travelling by car, please arrive early.
  • Do not abandon cars in Town Centre / Seafront before or during parade. Parking laws will be enforced.

Road Closure

  • Strand Road, Bray from the DART Station to the Junction of Convent Avenue on Bray Seafront.

To include the junctions of:

  • Sea point Road and Strand Road
  • Quinsboro Road and Strand Road
  • Seapoint Road and Seymour Road
  • Albert Avenue and Strand Road
  • Sidmonton Avenue and Strand Road
  • Victoria Avenue and Strand Road
  • Convent Avenue and Strand Road
  • Vevay Road and Church Road and
  • Killarney Road and King Edward Road

Parade Information

The parade route is from the Town Hall, Main Street (opposite St Patricks School) proceeding down Main Street, turning right onto Quinsboro Road, turning left onto Seymour Road, right onto Seapoint Road and concludes on the Strand Road at the reviewing stand (outside Jackie O’Driscolls). 
Traffic management will be in place during the passing of the parade.
